• Employer of Record: An employer of record engages the professional in their home country on your behalf and carries the local employment, payroll and compliance obligations. ADDMORE can introduce you to an established partner.
ADDMORE can provide practical guidance on the available engagement pathways. You select the appropriate structure and remain responsible for your engagement and classification decisions.
ADDMORE does not employ the professional, does not act as employer, contractor of record or employer of record, and does not manage the work.
