Showcasing a remarkable 50+ years in the food and beverage industry, Craig is a distinguished consultant specializing in design, operations, and project management. Over the last 36 years, he’s been the driving force behind the successful launch of 100+ establishments, from casinos to restaurants, showcasing a collaborative approach to ensure targeted profitability. Armed with a Social Sciences degree, Craig’s journey spans major chain restaurants, corporate leadership roles, to founding his consulting firm.

Today, he’s a trusted advisor, particularly for Tribal Casino Operators, demonstrating a profound understanding of self-determination principles.

Irma Dore brings a well-rounded perspective to business development at Bayley Construction, shaped by experience across architecture, construction project management, and owner representation. At Bayley, she helps strengthen strategic partnerships and drives growth by aligning stakeholders to deliver successful hospitality and commercial projects.

As a member of the Restaurant & Bar Collective, Bayley Construction contributes its expertise as a trusted builder, supporting the delivery of high-quality restaurant and bar environments through collaboration with leading design and consulting partners. Brenden Wright is the founder of SpatialSim™ and  Visual Conquest, with nearly two decades of experience in the foodservice equipment, design, and technology sectors. His background working with consultants, dealers, operators, and manufacturers gave him a first-hand understanding of the challenges that occur between design intent and real-world operations.

Through Visual Conquest, Brenden began developing immersive 3D and VR applications to help teams better experience spaces, products, and training environments. Over time, that work evolved beyond visualization into a larger opportunity: helping teams simulate how a space will actually function before it is built. That journey led to SpatialSim™, an operational simulation platform for foodservice and hospitality environments. SpatialSim™ allows project teams to test workflow, staffing, congestion, throughput, and performance inside interactive 3D spaces, helping reduce risk and improve decision-making earlier in the planning process.
