How It Works
Participating is simple and only takes a few easy steps!
Step 1: Submit A Referral
Provide us with the contact information for an independent contractor you believe would be a strong fit for ADDMORE Services.
Step 2: Contractor Review & Onboarding
Our team will review the referral, connect with the contractor, and determine whether they are a good match for current or future project needs. If the contractor moves forward, they will complete our onboarding process.
Step 3: Receive Your Referral Reward
Once the referred contractor has been
officially onboarded and engaged by ADDMORE Services, you will receive a
one-time $100 referral payment as our thank you.
The Ideal Candidate

Ideal referrals are individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality results and building positive working relationships. All referrals are reviewed to ensure they align with the standards and service needs of ADDMORE Services.
Program Guidlines
To keep the program fair and transparent, referrals must be submitted before ADDMORE Services has already established contact with the contractor, and only new contractor referrals are eligible. Referral rewards are issued once per contractor who is successfully onboarded and engaged by ADDMORE Services. If the same contractor is referred more than once, the reward will be granted to the first submission received. Final onboarding decisions remain at the discretion of ADDMORE Services.
Referral Reward
For each contractor referral that results in a successful onboarding with ADDMORE Services, the individual who submitted the referral will receive a $100 one-time referral payment.
Referral payments are issued once the contractor has completed onboarding and has been formally engaged by ADDMORE Services.
